Anyone have info on what causes the 47re trans in my 99 2500 cummins to shift in and out of 3rd between 45 & 55 mph.I took it to the dealer and they told me it was a bad fuel transfer pump [ low voltage].I rerplaced it and it did the same thing.Now the truck dies as soon as Iput it in gear.
