cold start

Default cold start

problem is at cold start. fires right up when truck has run but after sitting or over night it has to crank quite a bit before it starts. seems like the gas is draining back. any help would be helpful. thanks

Next time you cold start it, try letting the key sit in the "ON" position for a few seconds before starting.

^^ yeah that. Or, turn it to run, listen for the pump to come on, turn it off, repeat 2-3 times before actually starting it. If it starts better, this is indicative of a fuel pump getting ready to fail, iirc.
