Fuse chart?

Anyone got a fuse chart of what goes to what? Looking to find out where the cigarette lighter fuse is so I can run a fuse tap for LED's

You can download the 2001 service manual from the FAQ'S section.
In the electrical section 8w-41 it show's as fuse 15.

Are you missing the cover that is on the side of the dash? Says right on it, "CIGAR LT" .
