Mine looks like it was hit with a bat. I have a replacement dash to put in, but I've been so busy w/ work that I haven't had time to put it in. Now it's too late in the year to start. Without a heated garage to work in, the chance of shattering the new one is too high. Not to mention daylight savings time. In the spring I'll dedicate some time to doing the install, and firing some pics off to Amanda for a how-to.

MGD Mike,
I got the replacement at Collis Truck Parts near Allentown PA. Its a take-out from a wrecked truck, so it has all the metal framework already attached. Once you see one, you'll see that you need to remove it all one way or another. I'll put up a phone # for them once I dig up the reciept.

Sounds to me like someone at the factory might of over torqued the screws. I have a 2000 Quad cab and have not run into this problem.
