OK Ive replace the heater core and the evaporator core, cleaned out the hole box under the dash, and I still don't have Hot air or AC, Is there a sensor or could the Temperature select switch be bad?

Be a little more specific. No air at all comes out or just ambient temp air? Is the blower working? Does your AC clutch engage when you turn on the AC?

So does the air increase and decrease with the blower switch? What vents is it coming out of? May have a blend door disconnected or a vacuum line loose somewhere.

i'm assuming the AC is recharged by someone who knows what they're doing, right? and your high pressure line is reading correct and your low pressure line is also correct.

follow the AC lines and see if they get super cold over at the accumulator canister and at the firewall. mine ice up on the outside. i'd guess the next step would be to replace the accumulator and the orifice. i don't think our trucks have an expansion valve.

How do you know the little motor is working? Did you look at it while someone turned the ****? It moves like 180 degrees, if it is only turning a small amount, you may have the blend door installed wrong.
