Ok. thanks everyone for the info. I got one and installed the other day. After approx. 220 miles, there is about maybe a teaspoon of oil in the can. That's seems a little much to me, or could I be wrong? The PCV valve is new itself. Is this normal, or could this be sign of blown plenum? I have fixed it before, but just the gasket (band aid) replacement.

PCV has no effect on the plenum. Apparently even Dodge house PCV's suck in too much oil. That's why I installed mine.

For future reference , https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...new-topic.html

This topic has been gone over many times. Here is one of many threads related. Although it was originally posted just to give us different ways of doing it. You get the idea, I'm sure.

Ok. I just didn't know if the plenum was blown would it cause a greater suction from the PCV. I guess not. These Dodges must put a lot of oil through that thing. Good to know. I will consider this problem solved. Thanks everyone, sorry Zman,

That is an ecessive amount of oil. I get almost a teaspoon full between 3000 mile oil change.

With a blown plenum, I get about 1oz a week in my catch-can.
