you must have an alarm that also disables the vehicle. check the wires the should be 2 wires that go to the same coulor wires. most of the time these system require you to cut an ignition wire and run a wire from either end of the cut to the control box. just reconnect the wire if there is one in this system.

 

Doe's any know where i can get a wiring diagram for a 1996 dodge ram 2500 v10 . grounds hogs got into the wiring and chewed them up !!!
