cab water leak

Default cab water leak

My new 97 Laramie regular cab has an in cab water leak which comes out of the heater duct to the right of the Safety restraint system. When the air is on the is no puddle underneath. Help please, thank you

is this rain water or coolant? The heater cores on these dodges have been known to leak coolant in the cab from the heater core. If it's rain water, i'd get your windshield seals checked

there is a condensation drain on the firewall, below the pcm. little tube about 1/2 inch diameter that sticks out about 1/2 inch. its supposed to drain the AC condensation. sometimes it gets stopped up. poke it out with a copper wire or long plastic wire tie.
