When i turn wide like say when parallel parking, i hear a pop/clack at the front tires section.

I lifted the truck at the front and did the 6/12 3/9 shake of the front wheels and neither budge.

I did the two fron tie rods like a month ago so thats not it.

What else can it be?

When i drive in the freeway theres also a slight vibration of the vehicle.

 

I'd be looking at axle u-joints, but you're a 2WD so nothing there. So that would leave me at hubs and ball joints.

 

hubs, ball joints, and although its not supposed to go bad, pitman arm. i have play in my pitman arm and sometimes it makes noise when i turn.
