Default 2001 dodge ram 1500 lift questions

I bought my first truck, a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 reg cab/short box about a month ago. On Monday I installed a 2 inch HBS leveling kit and my truck looks great with it. I just bought some used 305/70r16s and haven't had the money to get them mounted and balanced yet. My overall build plan is to run 35s with as little lift as possible. Can I fit 35s with just the leveling kit or do I need more lift? I wouldn't mind another couple inches, so I was thinking about using diesel coils and add a leafs the get another 2-3 inches while keeping the 2 inch level. Would that work? Would I have to replace any other suspension components to accommodate the lift? I want to keep the cost down since I'm a highschool student making only a little better than minimum wage, but I want to do this right and not cut corners.
Thanks

congrats.
maybe on fitting 35's. try them and see.
that's what she said.
yes.
as you go up, you need to drop the track bar, pitman arm, and lengthen the control arms/suspension arms/long arm thingys. you can go up 2-3 with no changes, after that you'll need to watch it.
