Default need help, stuck bolt plenum

So I am working on my plenum right now when I hit a wall. A bolt head busted off and I have tried PB blaster, grinding the side to get a better grip with vice-scrips. and nothing seems to work. I do not have a torch and really don't want to go buy one. Any one have any magical ideas?

Soak it in blaster and go to harbor freight and get a stud remover tool (5.99) and try that and you could use a little butane torch to put some heat to it !

The best option is to use some heat and candle wax to remove that broken bolt. You can purchase a cylinder of MAPP gas at a local hardware store (or Walmart), along with a generic torch head to screw into it. That should cost well under $20. Heat the bolt really hot and them put a candle next to the bolt - the wax has capillary/lubrication properties and will make it easier to twist the broken bolt out with a good set of pliers. See the following video for a demo:

thanks guys, I had it soaking all night in PB blaster, I tried this morning and it was still stuck so I tapped it a few times with a hammer (maybe knock some rust loose) and then tried once more and it came out. Thanks for the help. Just patching everything back together now.
