There are several different styles of brush guards used on these trucks. I, for one, really need to see a picture of what you have in order to help you.

That looks similar to a Westin brush guard. There are two mounts for the upper that wrap around the top lip of the bumper. There are also two lower mounts that attach via the front frame body bushing bolt. The Westin part numbers I have for those brackets (which I purchased thru Summit Racing a while ago thru their special order department) are as follows:
FEY-36-1631 MOUNT BRACKET
FEY-36-1628 MOUNT BRACKET
These brackets definitely work on the standard style Dodge Ram chrome bumper. I'm not sure if they work on the sport style bumper. I have pictures of the upper and lower mount on my truck. Drop me a PM along with your e-mail address and I can e-mail them to you for viewing.
