Default Front End Squeaks

hey everyone i am having this crazy issue and its driving me nuts. My front end on my truck mainly from my passanger side i am getting this loud squeaking noise when i am moving. Its almost like my break pads are rubbing but they aren't i checked those and they were good. Anyone have any idea's what this could be? Also will a truck have both wheel bearing hub and u-joints or is it one or the other?

can you reproduce the sound when not moving. open the drivers door for a little more leverage and lift up on the door to rock the cab side to side. does it squeak. if so it the transmission linkage bushings. grease them.

ok great i will try these things out...... when i jack the truck up and spin the wheel it does make noise but not reallly a squeaking noise though..... Also when i jacked the truck up and put my hand on the top of the tire and bottom and moved it back and fourth there was a lot of play in there the same thing when i moved the wheel side to side alot of play but driver said is still solid. I am thinking bad ball joints on wheel bearing??

probably the wheel bearing. g
to make sure, with tire jacked up off the ground only a couple of inches - stick a pipe or crowbar under the tire and pry up and down to make it move. get under the truck and shine a light on the ball joints while you do this. it sort of takes 3 hands. if you see the ball joints flopping back and forth - its them. if not - its wheel bearing.

caution - don't continue driving it with bad wheel bearing. the wheel could fall off and damage the axle or spindle.
