40 mph rough run

Hello. I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 v8 magnum. When i get going around 40mph it starts to vibrate and runs really rough. I can step on the gas and speed up to 50mph and it disappears and runs smooth again. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thankyou
