Look at dodge off-road lift kits. You can get them with longer arms so the tire doesn't rub the back of the fender. That is where tires like to rub first. With longer arms you could probaly fit 37's with less than 5 inches of lift. The those big tires will really wear out front end parts too, like unit bearings and ball joints.
