Default Hughes vs. Fastman

I am looking to upgrade my throttle body and have found great reviews for both the Hughes T.B. and the Fastman T.B. Is there any advantages/disadvantages to one or the either? From what I have read, there seems to only be a difference in the final price in the T.B. after return of the core. Any advice or recommendations?

Have you looked into F&B throttle bodies? http://www.fbthrottlebodies.com/

They're a new machined unit...not a ported stock unit. I wanted to get one, but they never finished their V10 prototype. There wasn't enough interest. I know several Dakota owners who are very happy with theirs though.

The fastman is also a good throttle body.

Honestly, I don't see how you could go wrong with any of them.

I have looked at the F&B unit but their price in considerably higher than Fastman or Hughes. F&B is asking $389 for their throttle bodies which is way more than the other two.

I say forget the high prices... the basic function of the TB is the same no matter who did the work on it.
