Default Engine running warm/not redlined

96 Dodge Ram 1500 V-8 360. My temperature gauge is reading between normal and hot. I've flushed radiator and added new coolant. Replaced the t-stat twice, replaced the coolant sensor and sender. replaced the radiator cap. The upper radiator hose is hot. I have resistance from the cooling fan when engine is cold and hot. I think the only thing left is the radiator or water pump. I don't see any visible leaks. Any suggestions. How can you tell if the pump is bad? Thank you in advance.

I would assume the water pump is worn out and not circulation properly. The obvious signs COULD be a small leak, but if it's bad, it's bad. They go out all the time. I keep a spare one in my shop because I know it's going to happen. It doesn't always have to leak, but I would go ahead and get it changed out. You've about done everything else. When it's running, squeeze the hose and try to feel if there is water moving through it. It may just barely be moving the water, let us know your findings. When it flows, it should be obvious, if not, then it's probably a bad pump since you've already hanged the thermostat. What rating is the thermo btw? Did you try it without a thermostat to see if it would run cooler?
