Default 1995 dodge ram 1500 5.9 torque converter problems?

I have a 1995 dodge ram 1500 5.9 and when I start it up in the morning it takes and a couple of seconds to start to move even when I give it a little gas. Had the tranny rebuilt under 2000 miles ago. But when I got the truck back from the transmission place the torque converter was whining and had to take it back and have them put another in. The truck only does this in the morning. It shifts like butter and has good pick up other than the start up (when cold). Its pulling up the code 37 which is the torque converter solenoid. I want to fix this before it sparks up a bigger problem. Thanks for the help!

I would bet that your trans cooler check valve is removed. After sitting a while 8-10 hrs, your fluid drains out of your torque converter. Before leaving in the morning put gear shift in neutral for 10-30 seconds then drive. I'm sure it will take off and run like butter.
