Default What voltage to the blend door motor? 1999 1500, 5.2

Howdy......I'm troubleshooting the blend door mechanism. I have no power going to the blend door motor. What could cause this? I've checked every single fuse, assuming the motor is bleeding power from some other circuit.

The only thing I can think of doing next is to look at the back of the temp dial, but I can't tell if that panel pops out or the whole dash has to be taken out to get to it.

Any ideas?

Zero????

I thought these are all vacuum operated?

The bezel pops off (caution, as they're brittle), then you can unscrew the control cluster.

No.....they changed to a motorized door in '99, is my understanding. Zero voltage from the incoming wire harness to the motor is correct. When you say "bezel", do you mean the temp dial ****, or the 3" x 7" dash plate that it's a part of?

bezel is the big black plastic surround. its held in by about 15-20 push in clips. when this is removed it should expose the temperature control unit. see the service manual download in the DIY.
