Default Belt routing.

I'm not looking for the belt routing diagram, (can and have done it in the dark before) but came across this pic on another website and thought I'd share. Never seen one of our belts routed this way. I wonder if it keeps more tension on the alternator?

Be sure the water pump spins the same way. And see how much play is in the tensioner.

There's more belt surface on the alt. pulley, but a lot less on the AC comp. I'll stick with the correct routing.

I've worked on a bunch of them and all had the standard routing. I had just never seen this before. Scratched my head a minute for sure.
