Default Leaking A/C drain pan - 97 Ram Fullsize

I went to go clean the carpet on the passenger side of my truck yesterday and the carpet, as it turns out, was soaked!! I removed some trim pieces, pulled up the carpet and yes, my A/C condensation is dripping into the cab. I've looked high and low and it seems like it would be a pain to get to where it seems to be dripping at the firewall. Anyone have experience in fixing these leaks. I've used compressed air and a brush from under the hood to try to clean out the line that leaves the firewall. Help, please!!!

Is it from the AC or is it coolant from the heater core?

It is "clearly" A/C condensation. And I see it dripping from where the pan drain goes through the firewall.
