Question 97 ram 3500 cummins 4x4

I posted a thread, I think last month wanting to know if anyone had ever tried using a MANUAL AXEL ENGAGMENT SYSTEM on the front axle. My 4 wheel drive works when it want's too and not always when I want it too. I don't have the need to use it often but when I need it I REALLY NEED IT. Can anybody give me some answer? Thanks

the posilock controls the engagement of the cad with a cable. Instead of the prone to failure vaccuum cad.
