I want to change my stock bulbs in my map and dome lights to led, but having a problem finding the right bulbs. I have a 2000 1500. Any suggestions?

Do the map and dome lights just pull out? I didn't want to pull to hard and break anything and really screw myself. Also, how do you get the ring around the ignition off. Again, don't want to break anything. It didn't want to twist and didn't want to pry it

The light around the ignition key is accessible from underside the steering column, iirc. You have to remove the bottom panel. If you look at the dome lights carefully, it should become self evident how they come out. You should also download the free service manual.
