Default Transmissions driving me CRAZY!

Well to start off a couple months ago my transmission started slipping. So I went ahead and replaced the Governor Pressure Solenoid with a Borg Warner one. I also replaced the Governor Pressure Sensor, Lock-up & Overdrive Solenoid, Filter and the Output speed sensor. Adjusted the bands and filled her up with ATF+4. This cured the problem and the transmission shifted great for about 2 months. A couple days ago it started slipping again going into 2nd gear. I tried adjusting the TV cable and it didn't do much. So I pulled the pan and looked at the filter which looked fine and adjusted the bands again while i was in there. But it still Is not shifting right. Also the fluid level is perfect running in neutral.

If I rev it up to about 3k in first and let off the throttle SOMETIMES it will shift up into 2nd. once I get past second gear it seems to shift through the rest of the gears fine. Anyways any input would be great since this is my primary vehicle to get to work till the weather clears up enough to ride my motorcycle.

Looking at what you've done already it may be getting time for a rebuild.

Got any transmission shops around that will give a free diagnoses?

i know it sounds like a long shot. but before you spend $1500-$2000 on a rebuild , drop the pan one more time and check the overdrive spring. theres a small plate that conceals it. drop the plate, the spring and piston will come straight out. had the same problem myself and found that $10 spring was broken in half, replaced it and no more problems. overdrive was working even though the spring was broken.

Have you bottomed out the forward band yet? How much black junk material was on the magnet when you dropped the pan?
