Default Tire rubbing

Hello all!! Got a question... I just bought a 2001 Ram, 2wd, QC. Me and a buddy were changing out the shocks the other day and noticed that the front tires were rubbing the lower shock hanger bolts. I dont know if these are the wheels that came on this truck, but they are factory wheels. It has 245/75/16's on it now. Are these too wide or is there something else wrong? Thanx a lot.

They're close to being too big. 2wd trucks don't have a lot of clearance. Stock tire size should be 225/75/16.

Are they rubbing while straight? Or only when you turn the steering wheel from lock to lock?

IT ONLY RUBS WHEN THE WHEEL IS CUT ALL THE WAY. WHEN THE WHEELS ARE STRAIGHT, NO RUBBING. THANX ALOT.
