I'm doing the plenum repair today and I have been watching a bunch of videos. I saw someone use a specialty drill bit to remove the old gasket. If anyone has a link to a drill bit that would be safe to use on the intake manifold. Please post thanks.

 

Here 'ya go - use the blue disc for the intake (aluminum) and the brown disc against iron/steel.
