Default RE: "To boldly go where no Ram has gone before"

I am going to do some upgrade to my truck ('99 Ram 1500 4x4 QC 5.9) before the end of the year. I am going to get Flowmaster 40 delta (single in, dual out) and a FIPK intake, and probably eventually headers and hi-flow cat. I have also thought about a cam, rockers, or the lifters. Say i did rockers and lifters VS. cam. Which would give me more power, or are they about the same???

Thanks

if you get a cam, stick with 1.6 RR's and if you decide to get the Rhoads lifters, wait until I have some feedback. your truck is basiclly the same as mine and I would stay away from mods that will open up the intake too much, same for the exhaust. my truck has 2.25 dual out's on a 50 series flowmaster. get headers next... I think it will help to prevent the cracks in the stock heads (if there arent any already) by drawing the heat away from the exaust ports better than a stock manifold.

go visit www.krcperformance.com and look at thier dyno page. there's a lot of good info on there.
