PCM trouble
Hello,
I am new to the forum and looking for some insight on a problem I have been having with my ram. I have just replaced a PCM on my 2001 dodge ram. I originally had been seeing codes p 0455 on my dash when I checked it myself, then eventually I started seeing code p 0601. After a year or so of driving around with a rejection sticker I finally had the PCM replaced, upon the mechanics assurance that it would fix the problem. The truck ran great and the check engine light disappeared. The brake and abs lights came on but he said the abs sensor just needed to be reflagged or configured and it would be fine. Unfortunately tonight after 4 days of no engine light I got code p0455 again. My question is whether or not I should've had the PCM fixed to begin with or if these are two completely different problems?
Thanks for your response!
