Default need to quieten down a bearing

Just picked up my 3rd Ram today and didn't catch it when looking at it but Im thinking a main bearing is making noise (Rams must not like me at all).
You can hear a slight noise coming from the bottom of the engine.
Cant afford to rebuild or repair atm so that's out of the question but was wondering if the Lucas oil stabilizer or something along those lines would get it by until I can repair it?
Know a lot of ppl who tout marvel mystery oil but I always thought it was mainly for lifters.
This is my only vehicle so I could really use some suggestions.

I had a '77 GMC that had s few rod knocks. I think it was 3 to be exact. It could be heard a block away. Anyway, I drained the oil, changed the filter, dumped one quart of Lucas and topped off with 10w30. Had no more knock.

Obviously it was still bad. but I put a few thousand miles on it without fail.

That's the only experience I have with it. Not sure if I'd put it in a newer vehicle though, but that's up to you.

Well, that's what I'm wondering.
Have heard ppl say they are nothing but snake oil and others who swear up and down by some of those products.
I have never used ANY of the engine products so I have zero experience with them.
Its not so much that I want to quieten it down as much as I had rather prolong the life of it some more.

Wow, its been the worse last 2 years I have ever experienced. out of work, marriage separation, now this.
On the bright side, I have finally reached rock bottom so I have no where else to go now but up.

Drop the pan and roll some new bearings in it ! I did mine and drove it about 4,000 miles before it started making noise again !

I see that Lucas makes a synthetic version so I may try a little to see if it helps.
192,000 miles on the engine so I guess a little shouldn't hurt.

Let me ask before doing anything and thinking it is the main bearings.
What other possibilities could a sound (dont know how to describe it, maybe like a ticking) in/near the bottom of the engine be?
Its not extremely loud but if you get under the front bumper you can pick up on a sound. The sound never goes away as long as the engine is running.
