From reading the FSM, sounds like it's the front pinion bearing, likely overtightened. There's a chance the gears were set up wrong as well (the ring backlash anyway)..
You checked the fluid level right? And you put in the friction modifier if you have a LSD?

If you had someone else do the work for you, bring it back and tell them to fix it.

ive done quite a few gear swaps, and getting ready to do it again in my dakota,im assuming the pinion depth and backlash have been set properly,if not, then theres your problem..now if it all checked good and you have a good contact pattern then i wouldnt worry about it..i can say i have had a few with a little ringing noise while coasting then goes away with throttle, both of those were richmond gears also, one was in a 70 chevelle ss396,car was ran at the strip on slicks as well and no issues...

i got richmond gears, the back lash was set up correctly i checked that like five times, my main guess is pinion bearing preload bc i didnt have a dial in lb torque wrench had to use a click style one

Dial type is the only way to set correct pinion preload ! Tear it back apart and replace both pinion bearings and races ! Then set it right with a new crush collar and it will take some time for it to crush and start tightening up but it will with a good strong impact ! I just did mine 2 weeks ago !

If you just took it back apart and set pinion preload it won't ever be right ! A new bearing needs to seat itself to a new race when preload is set and if it was too loose or tight the bearings are trashed so it needs new ones to be right and last !
