New Tires and Wheels

I am seeking professional help. I want to install 325/60R18 Terra Grapplers and 18x9 wheels on my 03 Ram 1500. I plan to level front via torsion bars. Is this doable? If so, what backspace on the wheel? I'd sure love to see a pic of this application if some has done this. Any help appreciated.
