nope. Its just torqued on there. SOmething like 185 ft/lbs

3.55 is what everything had unless you have an ORE or off road edition. They got 4.10s. Well 1500s all had 3.55

Is the axle and rotor turning along with the nut? If so, that's normal. You must stop the rotor from turning - perhaps wedgeing a screwdriver down into the rotor fins and letting it stop against the caliper. If this isn't the case and the nut is truly spinning on the axle, you have a significant issue. In this case, the nut will need to be chiseled off and you will have to find a replacement Dana 44 stub axle.

Thought so, thank you. Yeah, it's truly spinning on the axle. The nut does have 181k on it.

3:55 is the most common ratio, 3:92 and 4:10 were also installed. My rear end had a couple of tags on the diff. cover, one had the ratio (3:92). Could pull the cover, count teeth, change oil, and check the LSD if so equipped. It's a short, easy job.
