ok guys i have a small problem.
I went to napa and ordered a set of front coils for a 99 2500 with v10.
I got them today and checked to length, they measure 12". i do believe thats not the right length.
napa part# 277-3269

Seems to be the correct part number. Put them in

When you pull a 1500 spring out the 2500 spring should be a little taller

it cant be because, i checked the other part numbers online, and the 5.9 diesel are 18" free height. What i read from another post on here said his coils springs were 18" free height.

see what i meanhttp://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/CatalogItemDetail.aspx/Coil-Spring-Front/_/R-NCP2775412_0341786143

i can see the 2500 are considerably taller than 1500.
The coils I ordered were for a v10, front coils, however the part number brings up the info for those coils and they say its 12" in height,
but the 5.9 gas or diesel is 18", i dont understand the difference.

But anyways i called and they ordered the right ones so next week we'll see hambone
