Default 01 Cummins Won't start when warm.....

I changed out vp44, new stater, fass fuel pump, and in tank fuel frump. Starts right up cold, runs all day long till I shut it off. The only way I can get it to start after it's warm is to wait till it's completely cool, or squirt cold water near the vp and fuel lines next to fuel filter. ... Electrical or what..? Any help is welcomed.

I was looking on a ford forum for issues im having with my dads truck starting hard in general. They mentioned that an "Usually hard cold starts are FICM related, I suppose it could be HPO related but I doubt it because you would be experiencing hard/no starts hot."

That sounds like the issue you are having, i don't know what HPO is but.. Someone must :P

I am having the same problem with my ram 1500. Starts and runs fine when cold until i kill it then it takes hours to start again. Been dealing with this problem for months. I hope someone can answer this question.
