Default exhaust question

I just got duals on my truck with a flowmaster muffler it sounds ok but its not loud enough for me. So i was planning on taking the muffler off but it goes 3" from the cat back to the muffler and the muffler has 2 exits going out with 2 1/4" pipe so i dont know how i will convert 3" to 2 1/4" coming out 2 ways. does anyone have any ideas?

Default RE: exhaust question

Get rid of the cheap *** exhaust setup and run real duals. Or just get a Y-pipe. Seriously true duals is the way I would go I wish it was how my truck was setup instead of like yours. I have heard others saying that the cat really seems to limit the sound on these trucks and that if you take that off it gets a lot louder. Be aware you may not pass emissions if you do that though.
