PO1765 is "trans 12 volt supply relay cntrl circuit" As per the factory service manual. Did you check all the fuses in the engine compartment? Verify you have power going to the relay? Pcm needs to see at least 45 mph before it will give the trigger voltage to activate the relay. Does the speedometer work ok? Bad speed sensor can kill od.

 

I will be tracing the gray/black wire down next. Yes, the speedo works and have replaced the speed sensor along with the plug. Thanks for the help guys
