Thanks for the detailed information. When I get the time I'll start the process. It's not bad right now, and I don't drive the truck everyday so it's not really an issue yet. I just like to try and catch things early when I can. I'll report back here as soon as I find something.

So I thought, what the hell. Ordered the part in and installed it. Seems to have fixed the problem. So, it was a blend door issue. The actuator was loosing grip on the arm and the door wasn't moving like it was supposed to. After installing the new part, it seems to be working.
