Default location of low range lite switch?

2001 Dodge 1500 4WD Offroad Option
5.9L, Auto, 231-D Xfer (2.78 ratio?), Limited Slip w/4.10 Gears

Everything works fine except the Low Range Lite doesn't lite up when the truck is in 4-Lo. The actual bulb tests OK. I have the factory manuals and an old Haynes manual, which have the wiring diagrams, but no drawing of the actual switch and its location (somewhere on the transfer case, I assume?). I cannot get my hands & arms in all the places I'd like to check without beginning some disassembly, which I'd like to avoid. So I'm hoping someone can just tell me where the switch/actuator/or whatever is located and what it looks like, I'd certainly be grateful.

PS I know this a minor issue, but I love my truck and want it right, you know what I mean, thanks.
