Saw this 94 dodge ram 1500 318 2wd with the 5 speed

Is it possable to swap it into my 2001 dodge ram 2500 360 4x4 or do I need to find a 4x4 donor truck to make the swap

And will any 2nd gen dodge 5 speed tranny work or do I need a certain year to fit my 01 dodge

 

Definetly want a nv4500 out of a 2500 truck. And needs to be 4x4.

All the older years will bolt up physically. But I'm not sure about electrical connections.

 

What electrical stuff would even be on a Manuel lol

 

VSS, backup light switch.
