More lbs/hr capacity at the injector is of no use unless you're getting more air into the cylinder.
There is a lot to be done before you exceed what the standard injector will keep up with.
I only changed mine for a 4 port, and matched the stock delivery as close as i could.

Yeah, I was looking for a four hole injector that flowed the same as stock, and thought I had it. Obviously not.

That chart CPTAFW163 linked to was super helpful though, and I've got another set coming to me cheap. The Bosch 0280155784 looks like it flows nearly identically (tiny bit richer) and is actually made for the chrysler 2.4l, so it stays in the Mopar family.

The new (used) set is coming in the mail. I'll get them cleaned up and installed this weekend, hopefully. Then we'll see how it goes.

Spillage, it looks like you mentioned in another thread you're hitting 15mpgs... What sort of improvement did you see with the injector swap? Where was your biggest improvement found in mileage?

The injectors where done at the same time as the AirGap and TB, so who knows what the individual contributions are.

I'm using Bosch #0280155784 injectors with the Ford M-14464-A8 EV1-EV6 Adapter.
For me;
Stock = Siemens 53030778 (EV1) 21.9lb/hr@43.5 PSI (23.2@49psi) 12ohm
The 4 port Bosch #0280155784 = (EV6) 22.3lb/hr@43.5psi (23.7@49psi) 12.5ohm

The biggest single mpg improvement was thanks to SCT Hemifever.

The mixture is under the control of the PCM... the flow rate of the injector is what it is capable of (if needed).
The same stock injectors are used in both the 5.2 & 5.9, the flow rate is going to be good for most any bolt-on mods.
