Hey guys, I purchased a 98` ram 1500 Sport with the 5.9L about a year ago. Original engine with only 89,000 miles. Has been and still runs GREAT, no smoking, never have to add oil between oil changes. Only issue I had when I bought it was that both the ABS light and the Break light was on, and is still on. Breaks work great, just no ABS. Would appreciate someone giving me things to check and/or parts to replace on that issue.
Now for the past month I've been throwing a P0420 code. Now the truck had a new flowmaster exhaust put in about a year and a half ago which included a new CAT. I'm wondering where to start. I'm guessing starting with the O2 sensors first would be right.?. If that doesn't solve it where should I start?
I did reset the computer and it stayed off for about a day and then popped back up.
