Default ac slack at high rpm

My ac/blower motor fan cuts out at high rpms but as soon as I let off throttle and push in clutch it picks up again very cold and blows really hard. It's a 3.9 liter and it is hot in south Texas. Just put new condenser, lines, pulled vacuum and recharged system

Look for a vacuum leak.
Search this site for "wild vents".

The blower motor is electric and should not be effected by engine rpm or cluch engagement.
