If you can get the flywheel from the donor truck that the trans is coming from that would be good, but yes you will need a manual flywheel (as opposed to flex plate for automatics) for a 5.9L. I think the 5.2 is different, but hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in there.

The part number that I found with a quick search for the pilot/bushing assembly is 53009180AB. I'm not sure if that is the OEM number or not, but it will show you what you need there. I got mine from the local carquest auto parts store (basically a mail order store because of such a rural area).
