Vacuum line problem

I have a 1996 Ram 3500 4X4 manual trans. I found a loose vacuum line when I changed the fuel/separator filter. I cannot find where it plugs in. I now have no power assist brakes, ABS light stays on and the AC doesn't work. I have looked everywhere within reach of the line and cannot find a receptacle. Can anyone help? Thanks! Dennis - a newbie.
