Default 1.7 Installation

I just installed my 1.7 HS's non-adjustables....*dumb question alert!! I know there might be a little lifter noise right away, but after I got home there was still some noise. How long until it goes away? ...when I rebuilt my 360 there was some lifter noise when I first got it to run but after I shut it off and started it up a few minutes later it went away. I'm just being precautious right now.

It's fine. Roller rockers are known to make a little noise.

Did you soak them in oil overnight before installing them?

Yep I soaked them overnight in zinc break in oil. I was just curious if the lifter noise was normal. They noise could be my leaking collectors too but I couldn't pin point the source. Is there any steps down the road I should do after the installation, like retorquing after so many miles or not?

I haven't really played with it yet, snow a couple inches yesterday so the roads aren't great for any testing of sorts. Sound wise, idling sounds the same before but throttle seems a little louder.
