Does anyone have a kick-a&s system in their truck that they'd like to recommend (receiver and speakers)?

In mine i have the Legacy Red Series 2 package. Comes with 2 Square 10" 1000watt ea. Competition Subs, and a 1000watt x2 amp. You can prob. find it on ebay, thats where i got mine. i had them in a dual box that was in my car, so it wouldnt fit in my truck so i had to cut it down and make it fit, but it works great.Total cost with the box and everything was prob only 250-300 since i installed it myself.

i install stereos as a hobby/part time job... so my system might be a little much for waht your lookiing for but it is unbelievebly amazing in sound and loudness

all kicker K series component highs and mids..
2 6X9
4 4"
2 1 1/2" titanium dome tweeters
2 1 1/2" kevlar soft dome tweeters...

powerd by 2 hifonics titans total 1600 watts for the mids and highs

1 10" apline type X running off of a hifonics brutus running 1800w

panasonic 9800U deck (HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!!)

unfortunatly i had takin my system out b/c i was going to sell it to a buddy that has a ram but he backed out and now im keeping my truck... eventually itll go back in..i might change it up a bit... dress it up a little nicer...maybe some fiberglass ampracks... we will see... itll be spring time before i put it back in...

I have the factory Infinity system still in mine - but I had a Bazooka amplified sub installed under the rear seat. Believe it or not, it sounds really good. It's not fancy, but it only cost me like $200, and the sound quality is decent. If you are looking for a cheap fix - I'd suggest this one.

I have 2 twelve inch eclipse subs with 1000W kenwood amp pushing them. I also have 2 infinity 6x9 in the doors with a kenwood 600W amp pushing them. An alpine head unit provides the tunes while the kenwood equalizer distributes all of the sound to the speakers. Its not alot of bass but when you have it turned up all of the way you can sit outside of the truck and hear all of the words clearly without the subs overpowering the 6x9s.
