Front End Woes
My truck had about 130,000 miles on it when I decided to rebuild the entire front end to combat the death wobble condition I began to experience at highway speeds. Truck now rides like its on rails. My major upgrades included poly bushings instead of rubber, a Borgeson steering box and shaft, Solid Steel track bar and bracket and steering stabilizer that ties the frame and the steering box output shaft with a floating bearing.
My upgraded welded control arms have greaseable poly bushings in them. Picked them up from these folks:

The Solid Steel adjustable track bar has poly bushings in it, too. Also used poly sway bay mount bushings and end link bushing. I think I picked those up at my local Pep Boys, if I recall correctly.
