Was looking under my hood today and noticed that the ideler pulley had a little wobble in it and could see the serpent. Belt moving side to side a little so I picked up a new pulley installed it and there is still a little wobble. Any thoughts of why? The other pulleys look good. Also is there suppose to be a washer on the back or just one in the front?

 

Just the front . Should not wobble . No play side to side period on either pulley
