Default Air conditioner not blowing

Ac doesn't blow air unless you hit a bumb in road or tap on the passenger side underneath the dash. Could you plz tell me what is causing this. The air is cold when it does blow.

You have an issue with the blower motor resistor. It's on the side of the ac/heater box somewhere.

If it works on high it's the resistor. If it don't work at all then it's the motor or a connection problem.
