Default camber adjustment 4x4

[B]Changed out my ball joints upper and lower but now my tires are leaning inwards about a inch and a half. I've heard I got to get adjustable ball joints. Just wondering is there any other way to straighten them out on a straight axel 4x4 with 5.5 inches of lift?/B]

The ball joints have an eccentric in them that needs to be adjusted. What year truck? I have heard of people using these when you can use the conventional ones(non adjustable).
